Singspiration Concert with Soul Harvest

Soul Harvest QuartetCome join the Soul Harvest Quartet and the Gray Family singers this Friday, Aug. 24, at 7, for an evening of toe-tapping music that’s sure to be fun and uplifting.

The Soul Harvest Quartet evolved from a group Tom Heath started in 1997 called the Right Direction. Today the group includes Tom Heath, who sings bass; Dennis Peek, baritone; Robbie Stagner, tenor; and Dave Bromley sings lead. They sing primarily Southern Gospel.

“God put us into the quartet to bless Him and tell the story of Christ,” says Heath. “We’ve seen people saved and lives changed through the ministry of our music.”

Soul Harvest Quartet is a 503c not-for-profit group that sings regionally.

The Gray family radio program on KAIR 93.7 FM began in 1946 with Pastor Lon Gray. It has been KAIR’s most listened to program for all these years. The program has since passed into the hands of his sons Larry and Lonnie. The group includes Lonnie and his wife, Vicki; Larry and his wife, Nancy; and Shane (son of Lonnie) and wife, Mehgan.

When asked what kind of music they play, the answer was “Gray music. It’s a style all our own.” It leans toward bluegrass. Their program airs at 8:15 Sunday mornings.
